Welcome to Oguke, the app discovery platform at oguke.com. By accessing or using the Oguke website and its services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any policies referenced herein. We may update the Terms from time to time. The Oguke name and logo are trademarks of Oguke. You may access and view content for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Any other use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation requires prior written consent from Oguke.

Users may submit content such as reviews or comments in specific areas of the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Oguke a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your submission on the Platform, subject to applicable laws. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for the content you submit.

Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

Oguke functions as a discovery service that indexes apps published on Google Play. The Platform does not host, own, develop, or maintain those apps. When you click on an app listing, you are directed to Google Play to access the app. Google Play's terms and policies govern the app and its developer, and Oguke is not a party to those terms. Oguke does not guarantee the availability, safety, or quality of any third-party apps or content and disclaims responsibility for any issues arising from your interactions with linked apps or external sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oguke disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. Oguke does not make any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be accurate or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oguke and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or any linked third-party services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of (i) the fees, if any, paid to Oguke for the use of the platform in the preceding twelve months, or (ii) one hundred dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oguke and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your user content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction.
